**A note on testing:
Bloodwork is required for the 12-Week Integrative Reset, as your results help guide a more personalised nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement plan. A private pathology referral is generally preferred, as this allows us to request a more comprehensive and targeted panel based on your health history, symptoms, and goals. This can help reduce the chance of important markers being missed compared with standard or limited bloodwork.
If you already have recent bloodwork from your GP or another practitioner, these results can still be reviewed and may help determine whether any additional markers would be useful provided they are recent.
Please note that pathology and/or functional testing costs are separate to the program fee. Any recommended testing will be discussed with you first, including estimated costs and why it may be relevant.
Next step: Apply for the 12-Week Integrative Reset or book a discovery call to see whether this is the right level of support for you.
FAQs - 12-Week Integrative Reset Program
Who is the 12-Week Integrative Reset for
1
The 12-Week Integrative Reset is for people who want a more supported and structured approach to understanding their body, reviewing relevant health markers, and making sustainable nutrition and lifestyle changes over time.
It may be suited to those experiencing ongoing fatigue, digestive symptoms, bloating, constipation, food reactions, stress-related symptoms, thyroid concerns, hormone-related changes, low iron, poor recovery, or a general sense that something feels “off.”
How is this different from a single appointment?
2
A single appointment can give you clarity and direction.
The 12-Week Integrative Reset gives you time, structure and support to actually implement changes, review patterns, respond to your body, and build a more complete plan across nutrition, lifestyle, bloodwork, digestion, sleep, stress and daily habits.
What does the 12-week process involve?
3
The process may include an initial review, relevant health history, bloodwork or functional testing discussion where appropriate, nutrition and lifestyle planning, supplement guidance if needed, check-ins, education and ongoing support across the program.
The structure is designed to help you move through the process step by step rather than trying to change everything at once.
What does Calm, Clear, Cultivate mean?
4
Calm, Clear and Cultivate are the guiding principles behind the program.
Calm focuses on creating safety and stability in the body through foundations such as sleep, stress support, eating habits, digestion and nervous system regulation.
Clear focuses on identifying and reducing key barriers or stressors where appropriate, such as nutrition gaps, food triggers, blood sugar issues, inflammatory patterns or digestive load.
Cultivate focuses on rebuilding and supporting long-term resilience through food variety, gut-supportive habits, movement, strength, recovery and sustainable routines.
Do I need testing for this program?
5
Testing may be helpful, but it depends on your situation.
Some people already have recent bloodwork. Others may benefit from additional pathology or functional testing. Testing is used when it is likely to provide useful information, not just for the sake of doing more tests.
Is this a gut health program?
6
Gut health is often a key part of the program, especially for women experiencing bloating, constipation, food reactions or digestive discomfort.
However, the Integrative Reset is broader than gut health alone. It may also consider bloodwork, nutrition, stress, sleep, thyroid patterns, hormones, iron status, blood sugar balance, movement and lifestyle foundations.
Is this suitable if I have thyroid or hormone concerns?
7
It may be suitable if you are looking for nutrition, lifestyle and educational support alongside appropriate medical care.
This program does not diagnose or treat thyroid or hormone conditions, but it can help you better understand relevant patterns, support foundational health habits, and identify areas to discuss further with your GP or healthcare team.
Yes. You will receive personalised guidance based on your goals, symptoms, history and available results.
This may include nutrition priorities, meal structure, lifestyle strategies, digestive support, movement considerations, sleep and stress support, and supplement suggestions where appropriate.
Will I receive a protocol?
8
No. This program is not about perfection.
It is about understanding your body, making informed changes, and building sustainable habits that fit into real life. The goal is progress, clarity and confidence — not rigid rules.
Do I have to do everything perfectly?
9
At the end of the program, we review what has changed, what still needs support, and what your next steps may be.
Some people continue independently with their plan, while others may choose occasional review appointments or ongoing support depending on their goals.
