FAQs - 4-Week Nutrition Support Program

Who is the 4-Week Nutrition Support Program for?

1

The 4-Week Nutrition Support Program is for women who want short-term, practical support to improve their nutrition habits, meal structure, consistency and lifestyle foundations.

It may be a good fit if you know what you “should” be doing but struggle to put it into practice, or if you would benefit from gentle accountability and clear weekly direction.

How is this different from the Nutrition Foundations Review?

2

The Nutrition Foundations Review is a single appointment designed to give you clarity and direction.

The 4-Week Nutrition Support Program gives you more support over time, with check-ins and guidance to help you actually implement changes, troubleshoot barriers, and build confidence with your nutrition and habits.

What kinds of things can we work on over the 4 weeks?

3

Depending on your needs, we may work on meal structure, protein intake, blood sugar balance, digestive habits, hydration, fibre intake, food planning, snack choices, eating around work or family routines, and lifestyle foundations such as sleep, movement and stress support.

The focus is on small, meaningful changes that are realistic for your life.

Is this a weight loss program?

4

No. This is not a quick-fix weight loss program.

While body composition goals can be discussed if relevant, the main focus is improving nutrition quality, consistency, energy, digestion, strength-supportive eating patterns, and long-term health habits.

Will I be told exactly what to eat every day?

5

Do I need to track calories or macros?

6

What happens after the 4 weeks?

7

Not usually. The goal is to help you understand how to build nourishing meals and make better choices in real life, rather than relying on a strict plan that only works for a short period of time.

You may receive meal ideas, examples and food structure guidance, but the program is designed to help you build confidence and flexibility.

Not necessarily. For some people, a short period of tracking can be useful for awareness, especially around protein or overall intake. For others, it is not needed.

The approach will depend on your goals, your relationship with food, your lifestyle and what feels sustainable.

At the end of the 4 weeks, we can review your progress and decide whether you have enough direction to continue independently, or whether you would benefit from further support.

Some people may choose to move into a more comprehensive service if bloodwork, gut health, hormones, thyroid health or more complex symptoms need deeper exploration.

Not sure which service is right for you? Submit an enquiry and I’ll guide you toward the most appropriate starting point.
